Persistence

A law professor I knew at Loyola Law School once told me (as we went surfing together) that of all the qualities a lawyer needs to help people and in life, persistence is the most important. Well I already knew that and have been extremely persistent my whole

life at anything I have put my mind to, whether sports (basketball, surfing, golf), school,

responsibility and most important as a lawyer I can be a real pitbull. Sometimes we get disappointed in life but persistence is the key to getting up and trying again and doing

better.

As a lawyer, I sometimes fax the carriers (adjuster or defense counsel) 5 times in one day and at 3 or 4 in the morning. Believe me, they get tired of hearing from me and remember that old expression, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Voila!! Clients love

me because there is nothing I won't do within the legal and ethical bounds to doggedly pursue their claim to get a fair result. Remember, if carriers were fair, you wouldn't need us.
