You want a lawyer who speaks directly, plainly and honestly not just with you, but with
everyone. Jurors love honest, direct lawyers who get to the point right away. Even
carriers in general respond well to a lawyer who knows the facts well and who is
reasonable and who listens well to both sides. If you look beneath the surface as I
do with everything I do, it becomes clear that people will respond better to an
argument not only well grounded in evidence but by showing respect to others
including adjusters, a good lawyer can get you a much better result.
